Greetings in the Name of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
As we enter this holiday season, we pause to celebrate the birth of Christ and the eternal hope His coming brings to the world. I pray that you and your families enjoy a peaceful, joyful, and blessed holiday season.
I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire Department of Education. Your dedication over these past several months has been extraordinary. Since our early momentum in March—and especially since my formal appointment at the Holy Convocation in July—we have accomplished so much. New structures, new initiatives, stronger communication, expanded programming, and a renewed commitment to excellence have all taken root because of your support, your consistency, and your willingness to serve. This is the work of a unified team, and I am deeply grateful.
As we close the year, I encourage you to join us for the next session of the International Bible Study Series tonight, December 8, at 7 pm ET, streaming live on the COOLJC Facebook and YouTube pages. Bishop Henry Davenport, Vice Chairman of the International Board of Bishops, will be our presenter for this powerful session.
Please take time to read through the remainder of this newsletter. You will find important updates, opportunities to get involved, and ways to strengthen your walk and your work as we continue preserving our Apostolic heritage through lifelong learning.
If the Lord says the same, we look forward to seeing and speaking with you all in 2026.
In His Service, District Elder Robert I. Thomas, Jr.
Director, Department of Education
